I have a medical director on staff who oversees all of my clients and their injections. Each client is required to do a face-to-face virtual exam with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant before their treatment who provides a treatment plan and medically clears each client for the services I provide. I am a highly trained certified injector and have taken several certification courses that were taught by medical professionals and are overseen by my MD. I have written protocols and comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws as well as HIPPA and OSHA compliance. I am performing COSMETIC injections, NOT medical injections which is allowed per Texas Administrative Code 193.17, and is regulated and overseen by the Texas Medical Board.
